Welcome to the daily pursuit of finding flow.




G’day, I am grateful you are here.

I am so excited to welcome you to my community, and share with you all the learnings I have gained over the past several years of practice and study.

A mindful life should not exist at the expense of all the trappings of a modern one, but rather as a way to make sense of it all. I believe we can do this through achieving a state of flow.

There is not a one-size-fits-all approach to flow. There are multiple philosophies, modalities and techniques that can help you achieve your own personalised version of flow. 

Through trying and practicing different methods of mindfulness, you can better understand how your mind and body responds to each.

By sharing my practices, it is my intention to allow you to discover what aspects of mindfulness work for you.
